We are one of the National Assessing Body of Skill Development Initiative under Modular Employable Skills (SDI-MES), NULM, DDUGKY, and Sector Skill Councils of NSDC, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt of India Since 2008.
We, the Centre for Trade Testing and Certification of skilled workers (CTTC) were established in 2007 and registered Public Charitable Trust at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. It’s promoted by a group of Ex-Servicemen, Academicians, Management and Technical experts from various industries.
- We are the ISO 9001:2015 certified for Prefessional Trade Testing and Certification of skilled workers. Our organization with an existance of 10 years in the domine, providing assessment for various Sectors/Modules for different organization in and around Kerala and other states.
- We are One of the Assessment & Certification Body of The Centurion University of Technology & Management (CUTM), for the Skill Assessment & Certification, incorporated under CUTM ACT 04/2010, Govt of Odisha having their Registered Office at Alluri Nagar, Paralakhemundi, Dist-Gajapati, Odisha.

Sector Skill Council (SSC)
Sector Skill Councils are set up as autonomous industry-led bodies by NSDC. They create Occupational Standards and Qualification bodies, develop competency framework, conduct Train the Trainer Programs, conduct skill gap studies and Assess and Certify trainees on the curriculum aligned to National Occupational Standards developed by them.
